Package 01
The Financial Operations Package
The goal of The Financial Operations Package is to provide clean books for each of our Chick-fil-A locations. Your assigned executive assistant will handle invoicing through RPIS, credit card reconciliation, and vendor invoice verification. Additionally, Crestline Executive will manage TBR expenses and multi-store transfers behind the scenes. This package ensures that Operators' financial records are accurate and handled by a third party separate from day-to-day operations.

Package 02
The Operator's Desk Package
The objective of The Operator's Desk Package is to remove daily administrative noise. Your assigned executive assistant will manage inbox processing, calendar defense, travel coordination, and team recognition. Each day, email is sorted into a single "Action Required" folder, showing you only what needs your attention. Travel is booked and monitored with real-time support for delays or cancellations. Birthdays, work anniversaries, and milestone celebrations are tracked and handled. Store visits are batched to protect your busy hours. This package delivers less administrative clutter and more time for your team, guests, and priorities.

The Crestline Advantage Package
This package merges our Financial Operations and Operator's Desk services and adds a weekly strategy session to identify billing errors, continuously improve administrative processes, and track budget variances in real time. During each session, your assigned executive assistant will bring a prepared agenda covering profit areas, CARES trends, and vendor costs across your stores. Every call ends with action items tracked week to week. The Crestline Advantage is financial and operational oversight in one place.
